This is excerpt from the readme file. The SkypePGP is a tool which is able to encrypt a Skype chat between two users using their own keys defined within the PGP software. Why, if we all know, that Skype's messages are encrypted (and obfuscated) anyway. Well, there are two answers to this question (or even maybe three). One is that keeping privacy is never enough. Another is that the Author really wanted to try the skype4com wrapper. And least but not last is, why not.
